I had a fantastic winter break at this resort! The service was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The rooms were spacious and very well kept, and I loved the beautiful views from our balcony. On the downside, the buffet dining options were a bit repetitive, but the a la carte restaurants made up for it with excellent food and service.

I had an absolutely fantastic week at this hotel! The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were impressive, and the garden areas were lovely as well. The food was exceptional, particularly the attentive beach waiters and the friendly animation team. However, I encountered a bit of an issue with the service at the reception during an earlier stay, where the response to my room upgrade question could have been better. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the beach!
